Believed to be the original royal palace, it has since been turned into the final resting place of the Cold royal family, as well as a stronghold for much of the P.T.O. army activity. Security is extremely high and none but the inhabitancy of the planet or the P.T.O. are permitted to set foot there.

Some would say that the Space Dock is the most active part of the planet. Constantly active with the arrival and departures of cargo ships, personnel ships and battleships for the army of the P.T.O.

Much of the P.T.O. army and workforce are derived from their slave camps, and none are larger than this one. Many small uprisings have stemmed for his place, though none have ever lasted further than the “examples” that are made of the leaders once they are caught. There is no mercy in a place such as this.

The weather on planet Cold is so extreme that venturing out into the Arctic Barrens is something that usually spells death for whomever chances it. It is sometimes used as a death sentence for those who fall out of favour.
