Below is an organisational chart of the Dragonball: Retriubtion staff levels, what each level will be tasked with doing, and who we have chosen because we believe they would be best suited for the job at this current time. Those selected below have been placed where they are because we believe that position best suits their ability, their activity and their availability. Not only this, but we believe these selective staff members will bring a variety of ideas and be able to come to solid agreements in a timely fashion.
The “Heads” of each section will primarily have authority over their specific area of expertise (i.e.: the head of Creative staff will have authority over the had of Technical staff on Creative issues, and visaversa). However, the Head of General staff is the direct link between the staff and the Admins/Owners, and can overrule any staff members on anything he/she feels is related to the general site specifically.
- Both run the site and make the final decisions on most topics, while focusing on areas of the site that need improving or can be added to be improved, since one is more based towards Technical tasks and the other Creative. The Admins watch over all of the other staff to make sure that they are active and do their jobs professionally and without bias.
- The head of the General staff is in charge of the remaining General staff and is second only to the Admins/Owners. It is the General Staffs job to be the “voice of the people”, meaning that they bluntly tell the Admins/Owner when they/the lower staff/members feel that the Admins/Owners aren’t doing things correctly; the rest of the General staff are to bring any issues to their Head. They are to be completely unbiased in all actions/decisions. They also uphold the law of the site, both on the cbox and forums.
- The main function of the Creative staff is to read and grade members RP’s, alongside approving their missions. As Creative staff also read all gradable threads on the forum, it will be with their help and give opinions on who will be chosen as “Random RP’er of the Week” and “RP of the Week”. Though other staff can/will help with this area. Another major task for the Creative staff is the constant updating/adding to the forums Creative aspects, such as items, missions and even forum layout/design. The Head of the Creative staff will make sure that their staff are doing their job to the best of their abilities, and has the final say on issues.
- The Technical Staff are there to focus purely on designing new systems and making changes to current ones. They will mostly work alongside the Admins in this respect, and though others will be able to give opinions and input to this area too, the Technical Staff will focus on it primarily to free up time for the other staff so they can focus on other aspects of running the site.

Staff Rule: Staff are expected to act professionally while on the site or acting as a staff member, in representation, elsewhere (i.e.: on messenger). The site is about having "fun", and we fully expect people to do just that and enjoys themselves, but being a member of staff IS a job, and as you or anyone else would in a real life job, you are required to be professional with the "public", colleagues and especially your superiors. Being a member of staff is not mandatory and is a privilege. We expect you to do your jobs, without us having to check up on you, and we ask that you expect no less from us.
Repeated breaking of this rule could very well result in an individual being demoted; we hope we do not have to enforce it.
