Saiyan Academy Days
It was his very first day in the brand new environment. At the mere age of four years old, Bardock showed off the potential to be enrolled in one of the top Saiyan Academies, one that would teach him the true art of battle without haphazardly risking your life for something idiotic. This was a place of true class, where only the best Saiyan Commanders not only taught, but trained as well. They were considered Elites among their members, all trying to defeat them without prevail over them. Yet Bardock wanted to try this place out, and he really didn't have a choice in the matter. His parents pushed him to join this academy to see if he could make it as a strong Saiyan warrior. His father himself was a first class Saiyan, so Bardock had a dream to become as strong as his father, and hopefully stronger at one point.
He slowly paced himself as he approached the large metallic building, only made from the best steel that the other planets could provide. In this time, he had noticed that the number of the truly strong warriors was decreasing, so he had to make his parents proud of him if he ever wanted to make it in this world of the warrior. A true warrior needed a high power level, proper energy control, and ultimate strength to attain the title of the Elite warrior. The energy control and the strength came easy to the renegade, easily passing all of the entry tests to the Academy in the first place, but there was still that dark thought in the back of his head that told him that he might not be able to take this test on. He quickly shook the thought away though, replacing the nervousness with self-made confidence that he would be able to pass the tests to come within the Academy.
Bardock came up to the large door, which slowly opened as he got close to it. He decided to enter the door and take a good look around to get an idea of what the Academy looked like on the inside. He saw that a group of Saiyans were sparring with each other, which intrigued him greatly, but he looked around the rest of the Academy first, which was mostly shiny metallic walls and peoples all around watching the spar. Bardock smiled at himself, getting a good idea to have a little fun, and maybe even impress the instructors as well. Slowly, he began to approach the position of the three Saiyans who were trying to land a hit on each other in the middle of the large arena that the people were circling around.
Almost instantly, the three of them disappeared, making invisible shock waves within the area that made some of the hard ground crumble under the power of the impacts. It was truly amazing, but nothing that Bardock couldn't stay on par with. He still watched for a moment though, waiting for a proper moment to execute his plan. Then the three of them returned to sight within the air, all stuck in a flurry of punches and kicks as if they were all desperate to get the first clean shot.
Bardock charged up his energy, not getting the attention of any of the people as his hair began to flow up. His energy began to spike to a high power, one he hadn't reached before. Then an instructor who had a scouter spotted Bardock charging up his power and clicked his scouter to read his power level. He was quickly shocked by the numbers he saw on his scouter. "4,000!? That's impossible!" Immediately after he had said that, Bardock's black aura burst into the air with a great crackling of energy, the ground around his body beginning to crack as the large crowd of people watched him in awe of that much power being in such a small child.
The three Saiyans stopped sparring to see what was going on below, which was their very first mistake of many as Bardock disappeared into thin air before they could get a full grasp of who it was that was down there. Almost instantly after the disappearing act, he headbutted the first child in the head when he reappeared right in front of the trio. Before the other two could react, the young renegade brought his arms into his body in a X-like formation and quickly pushed them out, sending harsh shock waves into the both of them and sending them to the walls. Both of those children got their bearings back in mid-air as the child who got headbutted got back into the air. Now Bardock was surrounded by all three of them, which actually got him a little excited. The sheer prospect of a three versus one was astounding, and sure to catch the eyes of some of the instructors, who were motionless. They most likely wanted to see how Bardock would fare against these three students.
The first child began to rush at Bardock, sending a flurry of punches and kicks his way as he tried to strike him out of anger. Bardock could understand the child's anger, as he did kind of hit him out of nowhere, but fighting while one was angry was truly a warrior's downfall. That was a lesson this child needed to learn, and fast did it need to come. He was quickly surprised as the other two students joined in the fray, making it difficult for Bardock to land a punch when he was busy blocking all of the punches and kicks in the air. Only seconds later, he was punched in the face and sent to the ground. The child who got headbutted had pursued him down to the ground, which caused Bardock to smile a little. He flipped in mid-air and hit the ground with his feet, bouncing off of it with the momentum as he readied his fist to hit the child. He couldn't get out of the way, so he took Bardock's fist to the face, the momentum of his speed, Bardock's momentum, and the force of the punch all together catching him straight in the nose all at once.
The child was sent into the air, his nose now officially broken. Yet he found the will to fight as he joined the other two Saiyans and had a staredown with Bardock. It only took a few seconds for the renegade to smile back at the three of them like he was truly enjoying himself. "I'm sorry, you guys. I know I am smiling right now, but I have good reason. You guys are so weak it almost wants to make me laugh. In fact, let me just release that feeling right now!" With that mocking statement, he began to let out a hardy laugh and pointed at them, mocking them as he filled the air with his laughter. This obviously angered the three of them as they rushed at Bardock with extreme anger.
They thought that Bardock was simply a jokester, but the truth was that he was mocking them on purpose to make them angry. it was obvious that these commanders hadn't taught them about the importance of anger in a battle. If they didn't keep their anger in check when they went into a battle, they would only see red and not see their enemy. In other words, anger can blind a warrior if not left in check. Now that the three of them were truly angry, there was only one thing left to do. He would have to finish each of them off, pecking them off one by one until all three of them passed out.
After that small thought, he was blocking a good amount of punches and kicks to made sure he stayed in the game. It was considerably easier this time, as the hits were now more out of place and unorganized. They weren't easy to predict, but they were definitely easier to take on. It didn't take long for Bardock to notice that he was going backwards from all the blocking, so now was the time for him to push forward. Slowly but surely, he changed the pace up, sneaking a few punches and kicks in the flurry himself. After a few minutes, he completely changed the pace, the speed of his punches and kicks keeping all three of the children in check as the pace went into his direction. Now the three Saiyan students were being pushed back, and he saw that the wall was approaching from behind, meaning he was gaining the advantage.
The first child hit the wall, and Bardock quickly got serious as he sent a punch directly into that child's face. The back of his head went into the metal wall, making a large dent in it as the blood began to leak from his head. A concussion was a must with that attack. Bardock took his fist away, causing gravity to take its toll on the young, unconscious Saiyan and send him head first into the ground. As the first child made contact with the ground, the other two children looked at him with new rage in their eyes. The first child must have been their friend, and now they are going to want their revenge. That was truly a pity, since Bardock used that to his advantage. The rage was rising in the both of them, only making their fighting styles worse. The longer they stayed in this spar, the more energy they were going to lose. Bardock wasn't going to complain about any of this, as this only made everything easier for the young Saiyan.
The two children rushed at him with stronger punches, each of them making a large impact in the air as if they were large earthquakes. The three of them disappeared into thin air, impacts coming out of nowhere within the sky. The crowd tried to follow the three of them, failing at every corner of the arena. The three of them reappeared in the middle of the arena, Bardock holding the both of them back by their fists. Now was the time to finish this off, so Bardock quickly took his hand away from one of their fists, making it make a large impact with the other child's face. Bardock then sent a fist into the shocked child's gut, sending him backward into the metallic wall and stripping his consciousness from his body. As his energy level faded, the child renegade focused his attention to the very last of the children, who was becoming scared of Bardock.
He tried to fly away, but Bardock brought his hand to the ground as he charged up his energy. His energy level spiked as the Ki within his body crept down his veins, each inch of it making its way to his palm. The energy then made itself into an outside force, making a small sphere of dark energy within Bardock's palm. he smiled as he threw it at the child with a great amount of speed, the energy blast making an impact with the child's back. He laughed to himself as the energy blast detonated and the child fell out of the smoke, gravity sending him head first into the ground like a simple rag doll. Now Bardock was left in the middle of the arena, all alone with three unconscious students and a crowd with their jaws down in awe. Soon the medical staff came in with three stretchers and got the children out of the arena so they can be put in the rejuvenation chambers and be healed to fight another day. Bardock was then approached by a General, who took him by the shoulder. "That is some fine fighting you just showed us. I think you would be a fine addition to our Academy. What did you say your name was again?"
"My name is Bardock, the true renegade."
