A sudden shift in the wind movement occurred, pink strands flying through the air, the frail looking figure twisting and flinging her body forth. Her clenched fist collided into a blood red punching bag that was hanging from a nearby tree. A bit of condensation trailed down along her pale flesh, soft panting breaths escaping past her lips as she continued to train there in the woods; just outside of city limits. Normally she’d be within her father’s old lab, but for once she needed away from other machines, she wanted to be out in the nice cool breeze; to feel like she used to when human. Another thud and her fist collided into the bag, head falling forward as she let out a few shaky breaths in order to regain herself. She felt exhausted, but she wasn’t even close, perhaps it was simply the many thoughts coursing through her mind, she couldn’t focus on the task at hand. Letting out a sigh she lifted her head, cerulean hues peeking open as her fit removed itself from the object before her. “I suppose I should just head in…” Her voice came off mechanical, yet smooth at the same time, as though it was somewhat a natural sound, than one all chunked up into pieces. She left her bag there, with the tag name of ‘Gero’ labeled upon it, nobody dared to steal it. Swinging her arms behind her bag, fingers laced together to keep their place, head tipping back a bit in order to watch as the city came back into her surroundings; the people chattering amongst themselves as she merely passed by them. For some reason, she couldn’t shake off that sinking feeling in the pit of her stomach. She envied them, it’s how she used to be and she was missing it already; now she was an Android, a cybernetic being considering her death. Her hand pressed up against the door that was now sitting in her path, the chiming bells sounded welcoming as she strolled into the café. The smell of baking bread, boiling coffee was enough to make her taste buds quiver. Thankfully she still had them, along with very few other parts.
Taking her seat she grasped onto her menu, watching as a waitress eyed her, it seemed to be her way to recognize her next costumer to head over to. Scanning her eyes along the menu sheet she noticed a few delicious tasting treats, but the cinnamon coated bread ball sounded amazing with a cup of coffee. The cinnamon appeared to be light however, which was good, she enjoyed tasting more of the bread than sugar. As the woman made her way over to her, she made sure to order just that, along with French vanilla to be added into her coffee. She nearly started to lick at her own lips at the thought of tasting all of that but she held her composure. That waitress already knew that she wasn’t human, her voice was less than convincing when taking her order. Now, she was getting a sort of eye from her along with the others that worked there. Were they going to ask her to leave soon? Shrugging her shoulders at this she simply closed her eyes now, arms folded against the table and head falling forward. She kept to herself and waited for her order, or perhaps any entertainment that might come walking through that glass door.

A teenage girl was fighting to get through a crowd of bystanders, as they fought to go their own way. Rush hour. How wonderful. Holly thought, trying to pass two older adults. She rolling her green eyes, quickly loosing whatever patients she had left. "Can you please move?" She asked softly, her voice showing no sign of frustration, yet. Standing up strait to look more imposing, she tapped on the older of the two's shoulder, trying to get his attention. "Yes miss?" A smooth voice answered, sounding more like a gentleman than he looked. Holly shifted weight from her right leg to her left, in a sort of pattern. It was sort of a habit for her, something she always did when becoming nerves in a crowd of people. "Can you please...Move out of the way?" She squeaked, looking down at the ground as she spoke, Her voice betraying her. Both of the men nodded, stepping off to the side as she walked through. Holly walked a bit faster, feeling the uncomfortable prickle of eyes burning into her back as she walked. "Whats up with her?" She heard somebody ask from behind her.
Once at the edge of the crowd, she sighed in relief, slinging her bag across her shoulder. As she leaned back for a big stretch, a loud grumble sounded from her stomach, causing her to laugh slightly. "Fine, you win." She gazed around, looking at all of the restaurants, none of them looking appealing in any way, shape, or form. Holly walked down the street slightly, glancing through some of the many windows. Then she spotted a Starbucks, on the far corner of the street. Finally! As the wind began to pick up speed, she used her hands to cover her hair, keeping it from tangling too much.
With a huff, she speed walked down the street, earning questioning glances from the bystanders. She kept her eyes down, until she arrived at the front of the store. Holly looked up, virtually almost running into the smooth glass door. One push of her hand, and the door opened without restriction, letting her through into the building. As soon as she was in, her nose was struck with sweet smells, causing her to become even more hungry. Coffee, fresh fruits, bread, some sort of caramel smell. She quickly glanced around, a uneasy feeling setting itself in her core, one that would not banish no matter how hard she tried to push it aside. Even the waitresses looked off, making her feel even more skittish.
Holly walked around, choosing a table to sit at, back alone. A window table. She picked up a menu, strolling through it, seeing all the yummy looking food, making her mouth water. She nodded at a waitress, causing her to rush over. "May I please have a Hot chocolate and an Apple Fritter?" Holly asked, still sounding slightly uneasy. She hated sounding weak and scared, but nothing would help as she was the type to become startled fairly easy. She sighed, thinking about what she ordered. It wasn't alot of food for a Saiyan, but what would everybody think if they saw her eat as much as she wanted too? Plus, She didn't have a lot of money with her at the time. The waitress nodded, walking back to the counter to get her order. Holly yawned, setting her bag in her lap, waiting for her order. She was fairly calm, besides for her looking around every once in a while.

When the door parted open she felt a strange chill tingling up her spine, it smelled like something familiar to her – a Saiyan. Turning her head, she noticed a female stumbling through to her seat, making her chuckle faintly, head lowering from the thought of her being one. The Saiyan female had hair much like the males, spiked and short, black even at first or sometimes dark chocolate brown. This girl looked like a mere human; she couldn’t have been one of them. She hadn’t have a thing against Saiyans, not yet, she was in love with the King of all Saiyans after all; but if one was as racist as the humans here, well, she’d have to put a stop to it. Her order was settled down onto her table, blinking her eyes up as the female nearly dropped her food and quickly darted away before she could speak a ‘thank you’. Shrugging at her shoulders she’d curl her finger around the cup, lifting it up to her nose as she took in a soft breath, smelling the French vanilla added inside. Approving of it, she closed her eyes and closed her lips about the edge, the hot liquid slowly falling down her dried throat.
Tilting her head up at an angle she noticed how the workers here were staring at her, did they expect her to cause trouble? With a small chuckle she started to bite into her bread, tearing a piece into her mouth upon chewing. Now letting her gaze move back over toward the girl who had recently come in, she let the scouter that was implanted in her to start scanning; her head tilting in curiosity as she continued to nibble at her bread and sip at her coffee. The power level she gave off was higher than that of a human and now it was confirmed, she must have been a Saiyan. But why she was blinding in like a human was beyond her, exactly what did her hair do when she became higher in level? Did it fly up into the air like a co—her thoughts disappeared as she felt a laugh escape past her lips, the thoughts enough to kill her serious mood.
“E-excuse me miss…” Turning her head, her hand cupped at her chin, elbow pressed down to the table as she continued to gnaw at her treat. “Hn?” At such a response the woman quivered, hands grasping tightly onto the end of her shirt. “We must ask you to leave…” At this, her eyes lowered, pushing herself up to stand as she finished gulping down her coffee. Pushing herself out of her seat she started to walk off, until she spoke up again, “Ma’am, you didn’t pay for any of that!” This made Luka stop in place, a growl escaping past her lips, “so… you kick me out of here for my race, and now you want me to pay for my stuff? Pay for being kicked out? Really?” Turning her head she looked over her shoulder, directly to her, a glare placed onto her brow, “just be lucky I let you live.” It seemed that hearing her mechanical voice was enough for them to hush up about it and she made her way out the door once more, arms coming up to hug against her own chest for warmth.
Perhaps her last threatening insult was overdoing it, but this wasn’t the only place she was kicked out of just before finishing a meal or whatever had you. It was getting tiresome, not being welcome just because she was different than them, after all, she was still have human to a degree. Standing still just outside of the shop she stayed there for a while, letting out small puffs of cold air from her mouth, eyes gazing around as she questioned just what to do next. If anything, she’d probably want to go to the park or something of that manner, something she couldn’t get kicked out of. Then again, why doesn’t she just go home; even if it was empty to return to, it was better than being judged by everyone she came into contact with? Perhaps Lily never should have brought Luka back to life; the night she was murdered should have been her last day on Earth, instead she was brought back and for what; to be all alone in the world, even more than she was before death. Taking in a deep breath she pushed herself off of a the glass window and turned on her heel. “What to do…”

The girl sat in her seat, glancing through the window from time to time, becoming impatient. Ugh, Will they hurry up already?! She thought to herself with a big sigh, her hair falling back into her face. Her stomach let out a growl as the other girl had her food brought to her, Making Holly wish she found this place earlier. Then she wouldn't have had to wait this long. The smell of Hot Chocolate made her glance up, to spot a waitress walking in her direction.
Holly sat upright in her seat as the waitress neared, bringing her Hot Chocolate and Apple Fritter with her. "Thank you." Holly spoke, sounding as calm as ever now. The mug was sat down with a small clunk, the Apple Fritter next to it, on a little plate. The waitress walked away, still seeming fairly skittish. After taking a sip of the coco, Holly quietly picked up the pastry, taking small bites as she thought about the day. Something really had those waitresses scared. Could it be me? Na, It started before I got in here. Then it must be that pink haired girl! Holly jumped slightly, hearing a conversation not too far from her. As the other girl spoke, she would have dropped her food, if it wasn't already sat down. That girl was an android! That why I got that feeling when I came here! She was naturally scared of those robot things, having heard storys about them and all. It was true, not all of them are bad, but this one was more than likely, having scared those people so bad.
Holly narrowed her eyes as she dug for money in her bag, not even counting it, she set some down on the table. "Keep the change." She growled slightly, "Use it to pay for her meal." She slung her bag over her shoulder and pushed through the door, not too far behind the android. Holly stood outside, thinking for a moment before speaking. I might as well be asking for a death wish, speaking to this thing! She could kill me for all I know! As she got closer to the girl, the bad feeling she had got stronger, until it was so strong she wanted to turn away.
"I know your an android-" Holly walked in front of the other girl, trying to get her attention, "-You don't seem like one to hurt people, though, I still don't trust you." She crossed her arms, waiting for the other girl's reaction. As she stood there, she began to shake, knowing she wouldn't stand a chance if a fight broke out between the two. Holly felt a slight pang of guilt for the other girl, having once been a human, then having it all taken away.

She had grown tired from racism coming from such creatures, what right did they have to criticize her for being an Android? Sure, some used to be evil, but ever since 18 had turned over a new leaf, shouldn’t they have gotten the picture that not all of them were bad? Shrugging her shoulders at her thought she brushed a few strands of pink over her ear, only to feel a presence following after her. This made a frown coil onto her lips, halting in her steps automatically as she noticed that girl’s energy once more. “I know you’re an android…” Her expression was still emotionless, cerulean hues watching her round about her, to face the pinkette with such a look upon her face. “…You don’t seem like one to hurt people though. I still don’t trust you.”
That was it, Luka couldn’t hold in the chuckle that erupted from her throat. “Ah, I see.” At first that seemed to be the end of her reaction, arms falling down to hang loosely at her sides, head falling in a tip to gaze at the other female rather coldly. “It’s good to know that you’d trust any other stranger, but if it just so happens that the stranger is an Android, you’d never give ‘em a chance. You might just be the worst Saiyan I’ve ever come across… The King of Saiyans invited me with welcome arms, but some child is as racist as these humans... pathetic.” It was clear that the girl in front of her was frightened, her entire body was racking in shakes right before her. How novel; trying to stand up to somebody who might be stronger in bronze and wit.
However, she was tired of seeing people cowering before her – everyone was idiotic and followed their fear to do stupid things that they’d regret. “Do not fear, I don’t kill unless need be. And with luck on you, I do not find you a threat whatsoever.” That could have been taken as a sign of relief or insult at calling her weak, either way she might have lost her fears for the time being.
Her hips gave a small sway, tipping to the side while her arms folded and crossed against her own middle, slightly below her chest while eyeing the other. “Well, let’s see… you don’t trust me, which means you may as well not like me – yet you’re standing here in front of me, why? Did you just come here to make my day worse with more slander for my race?” Her face may have been giving off a blank expression, but it was tiring hearing things about her day to day, just because of what she was. Nobody ever gave her a chance, and she was starting to take it fine simply being by herself; but when approached just to hear such slander – it was a little infuriating. “Well?”

Holly fidgeted with her hair while listening to the other female speak. She looked down slightly as she calmed herself down.'You might just be the worst Saiyan I’ve ever come across… The King of Saiyans invited me with welcome arms, but some child is as racist as these humans... pathetic.' That sentence irked her. She wasn't nearly as bad as all of the other Saiyans! And how dare she call me a child! It wasn't bad enough to be treated that way by her family but now this stranger is doing it to!?
Holly brought her head up, opening her mouth for a nasty reply, but stopped herself as the lady began to speak again. 'Do not fear, I don’t kill unless need be. And with luck on you, I do not find you a threat whatsoever.' She let out a silent sigh in relief, standing up straighter than before. True, She hated being called weak, but she might have just dodged a fight. She may be part Saiyan, But fighting wasn’t something she enjoyed all of the time.
Holly calmly looked up, brushing her hair out of her face as she did so. 'Well, let’s see… you don’t trust me, which means you may as well not like me – yet you’re standing here in front of me, why? Did you just come here to make my day worse with more slander for my race?' Holly bit her lip, thinking of a way to reply without making the situation any worse. "Well..." She started off slowly, thinking of the right words, "I'm very sorry if I insulted you, As I didn't know you were different..." She paused for a moment. Come on! Think of a better apology! “I jumped to conclusions when I shouldn’t have… I have nothing against you or your race, Its just… never knew there was any other kind androids out there.” She spoke slowly, taking long pauses between phrases, sounding child-like in a way. It was something that happened to her when she spoke with a stranger, nerves or something.
She stood quiet for a moment, judging how the situation was going. Wow, I made a stupid mistake jumping into this without knowing everything first. As a few seconds of eerie quietness passed, Holly couldn’t stand it anymore. “You know the king?” She asked, naturally curious, having never met him before. Plus it was a way to break the quietness. She hoped the other woman would answer her, might even tell her a little about him. Although, it was unlikely, considering how rude Holly was earlier.
